Meet Rah

Hi, I'm Rah, founder of Rah Fitness.

I've been a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor for over 12 years, and I'm also a single mum to a 13-year-old, so I understand how challenging it can be to prioritise your own health and fitness around a busy life.

I'm passionate about both physical and mental well-being and believe exercise should feel enjoyable, empowering and something you genuinely look forward to.

Outside of coaching, you'll usually find me strength training, working towards new pull-up goals or hanging upside down at aerial silks!

My goal is to help people discover that fitness doesn't have to be all or nothing. With the right support, small changes and consistency really do add up.

More than Personal Training

In my experience, lasting results don't come from finding the perfect workout or following another restrictive diet.

They come from building habits that fit your life.

Every client is different. We all have different routines, responsibilities and challenges, so I don't believe in one-size-fits-all coaching.

That's why my approach goes beyond exercise. Together we'll focus on training, practical nutrition, accountability and building healthy habits that support both your physical and mental wellbeing.

I'm currently studying counselling because I'm passionate about understanding people, motivation and supporting behaviour change

I believe results come from consistency, not extremes. My goal is to help clients build habits and routines they can realistically maintain long term, while feeling supported, capable and confident throughout the process.
