About Me

Hi, I’m Rah — founder of Rah Fitness.

I’ve been a personal trainer for over 12 years and I’m also a single mum to a 13-year-old, so I understand how hard it can be to prioritise your health and fitness around a busy life.

I’m passionate about both physical and mental wellbeing, and I believe training should feel enjoyable, empowering and sustainable — not like punishment.

Alongside strength training in the gym, I also love aerial silks, rope and callisthenics, so I enjoy bringing variety, creativity and challenge into training.

My coaching focuses on creating realistic, inspiring and fun programmes that help people stay consistent and actually enjoy the process. Training doesn’t need to be boring to get results.

I also help clients with nutrition and healthy habits to support their training and fat loss goals — because in my experience, that’s often the real game changer when it comes to long-term results.
