Our class sizes are considerately small.

No more than 10 people per session means we can ensure you get maximum focus from our professionals, as well as space to train. We have a range of classes, running several times per week, so if you want to extend your fitness beyond your personal training session, or simply just prefer a class to a 1:1 then our classes may be the perfect environment for you.

 

Cardio & Core

Amazing cardio, fat burning moves all based around using your core. This class is stripped back with minimal equipment, Sarah’s favourite way to teach. 

TRX Burn

Fat burning cardio movements and TRX and body weight exercises to burn fat and build lean muscle.

TRX Strength

Pure resistance training using TRX, body weight and Dumbbells to get stronger and leaner. 

PIYO

This is a fantastic class, blending elements of Pilates and Yoga, sped up into a set of sequenced moves, each flowing into the next. Aimed at burning fat, increasing flexibility and toning your legs, bum and core, it’s a true full body workout, for any age or ability.

Nestled in the centre of glorious Petworth sits Rah Fitness. Complete with washroom facilities, reception area, changing rooms and two fitness studios, we’re perfectly set up to cater for your exercise & wellbeing needs.
