TRX Strength

Resistance class using TRX suspension trainers, body weight exercises and weights to build lean muscle and a strong core! For all Abilities.

TRX Burn

Resistance training but with cardio intervals to help you burn calories and get stronger at the same time. For all abilities.

Cardio and Core

A cardio HIIT class for a good calorie burn along with lots of abs and core! For all abilities

Flowing dynamic sequences to music to stretch tight muscles and balance out the body

Stretch and Sweat

Tone, strengthen and stretch your body in this fantastic calorie burning class to motivating music.


Gentle Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold a low impact gentle Zumba dance class great for beginners or those wanting to ease back into fitness

Zumba Fitness

A fun dance class to make you sweat, laugh and improve your fitness and coordination

GLO Yoga

Monday Hatha Flow

Traditional Hatha yoga blended with harmonising gentle flow class complete with yogic pranayama breathwork and a deep relaxation to finish. This class is open to all levels of yogi.

Friday Vinyasa

Vinyasa This will be playful fiery flow practice for people with a little bit of experience who like to get moving and aren't afraid to get a bit sweaty! All classes will include traditional pranayama breath work and a lovely long relaxation to finish, leaving you with a twinkle in your eye and that all over Friday feeling.

Regardless of your fitness level, Pilates can improve strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. It compliments fitness regimes and promotes mindful movement. These classes are for beginners and those with Pilates experience.
