All Packages include a free initial consultation. Ascertaining how to help you is at the core of what we do. From there we can start building your personalised training programme. This can include a mixture of functional fitness; using body weight exercises, along with a few small pieces of equipment to strength and conditioning or HIIT challenges. The key is that you enjoy it, this gives you the best chance that you’ll carry on progressing, no matter what your goal.
