Sarah Porter - Founder

My name is Sarah (Rah), and I’m a personal trainer. I started Rah Fitness in 2014. I got into training having originally set the often standard goal of ‘wanting to lose weight’, but soon after beginning, found the mental health benefits far outweighed the physical. I decided to take my passion for fitness and make it my day job. I’ve not stopped wanting to give back and help others in the same way. That feeling of helping someone who really wants to improve their lifestyle, actually make that change is incredibly rewarding, and there’s nothing I enjoy doing more.

I can be found at our beautiful studios in Petworth, or equally if you’re set up for training from home, then I can come to you.
